We moved into the Bellstone House at 790 Old Farm road during October 1998. At the time Faerie Glen still had a distinctly rural feel to it. Atterbury Value Mart had only just opened and none of the commercial developments further east, such as Glen Village, Hazeldean, Woodlands, Boardwalk Meander and all the other shops and businesses surrounding Silver Lakes or in the extended Lynnwood Road existed.
A travel treat
One always associates a guesthouse or hotel with travelling for a purpose – business, appointments, shopping. But what if you treat yourself to a very special break-away? For no reason whatsoever; just because you deserve it!

When you read statistics and projections about the travel and tourism industry in South Africa, one cannot be anything but impressed.
